ABOUT ME

I have ADHD and I’m descended from a long line of people who, judging from the stories handed down, had ADHD too. I’m the mum of two ADHD humans and two non-ADHD cats.

I am an ADDCA Associate Certified Coach. To get this certification, I trained at the International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited ADD Coach Academy, participated in 109 hours of training, and coached ADHD-impacted clients for over 50 hours.

I am currently working towards an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) certification at the ICF and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

I’m from the Mediterranean, transplanted to what was once prairie.

I’m a listener and have always had a passion for cheering people on when they are stuck.

I find what it is that people do best and help them channel those innate strengths to get around what’s difficult.
