  • Listening is the basis of how I coach. I will listen carefully to you, taking in the unique way you process, learn, and think. Together we will discover how to work with your ADHD, so you can live a life you truly enjoy.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • REFLECT

    First, we will identify your goals. What would you like to gain from these sessions? We will identify what a successful session would mean to you. Our work will be shaped by this part of the conversation.

  • GAUGE

    Next, we will dig into how your ADHD affects your life. Everyone’s ADHD impacts them differently. As part of this, we will be exploring and challenging certain thoughts, some of which may have impacted you throughout your life.

  • PROGRESS

    We will brainstorm ways to achieve your goals. I will help you develop a framework within which you can apply your strengths and work around your ADHD.
